Please be aware that Gibco Flex-Mold does not warrant or guarantee the quality of the 200, 300, or 400 series patterns. These patterns are not original Gibco molds and may have inherent imperfections or flaws. They are sold “as-is” and are not returnable or exchangeable. By placing this order, you acknowledge that Gibco assumes no liability for the repairability and quality of these patterns.
All return requests must be submitted to our customer service team for review and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Products that have been used, altered, or returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for full credit. Any damaged or unusable square footage will be excluded from the refund total. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Gibco Flex-Mold does not cover freight charges associated with returning products.
