Welcome to Gibco FLEX-MOLD (“FLEX-MOLD,” “we,” “us,” “our”). FLEX-MOLD operates as a DBA of a company headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, with its parent company incorporated in Tennessee. FLEX-MOLD is a subsidiary of a publicly traded company.

By accessing or using our website at https://gibcoflexmold.com (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

  • You agree not to misuse the Site, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

2. Orders & Payment

  • We accept major credit cards for payment.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those affected by pricing errors or suspected fraud.

  • Promotions and discounts may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship domestically and internationally via UPS. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and begin from the date your order leaves our facility. Order processing times are not included in transit estimates.

  • FLEX-MOLD is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, routing changes, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming their shipping address prior to placing an order.

  • Shipping charges cover transit only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All return requests must be submitted to our customer service team for review and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Returned products must be received in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Products that are used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for full credit.

  • Any damaged or unusable square footage will be excluded from the refund total.

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. FLEX-MOLD does not cover freight charges associated with returns.

5. Product Information, Warranty & Disclaimers

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

  • Please note: FLEX-MOLD does not warrant or guarantee the quality of the 200, 300, or 400 series patterns. These patterns are not original Gibco molds and may contain inherent imperfections or flaws. They are sold “as-is” and are not returnable or exchangeable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that FLEX-MOLD assumes no liability for the repairability or quality of these patterns.

  • Except where prohibited by law, all products are provided “as is,” without additional warranties, express or implied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, product designs, images, and text, is the property of FLEX-MOLD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as suppliers, carriers, or partners. FLEX-MOLD is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we handle your personal information.

  • Order information is used for fulfillment, customer service, and, if consent is provided, marketing.

  • As part of our compliance efforts, we use a WordPress plugin to align with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
