Create your own look.

We have worked with companies like Beneteau Boats and Fountaine-Pajot to turn their proprietary non-skid pattern into a repeatable/ repairable Flexmold pattern. Production time increases due to Flexmold’s ease of use and if a nick gets in the gelcoat Flexmold allows builders to repair small sections of the non-skid, instead of cutting out entire portions of a boat.

Personalize:

Customizable patterns are available upon request; send us your pattern and we’ll make you a repeatable one.

Sizing:

Available in sizes 1’x1′ up to 4′ x12′ depending upon pattern and builders’ requirements.

You must send us the largest size possible within 4’x12’.  We cannot make a pattern larger than what you provide us with as a template.

For example, if you send us a cut out (4’x16’) of a pattern you like, we take that pattern and make a plug from it.  Then, we make a mold so that you can order Flexmold with that specific pattern.

Color Customization:

Use any paint or gel coat to match existing colors or create a custom look.
